One of the key barriers to the successful use of IT is a lack of confidence in the technology on the part of staff and management. Targeted training can provide a valuable confidence boost as well as enabling the more effective use of systems. Following a review of the use of technology within your organisation I can provide a Training Needs Analysis to ensure that the right training is provided to the right people at the right time. I do not provide training courses myself so I offer you entirely independent advice. If required, I am however able to provide individual hands-on guidance for staff or management in using the internet, common software packages and in general computer awareness.
