The implementation stage of the introduction of any new system is key to the long term success of the project. It is vital therefore that this stage is properly managed. However many organisations are unable to dedicate staff who are already busy to this important role and are therefore totally reliant on the project management services provided by the supplier. A project manager working for your business will ensure that the resources of your organisation and those of the supplier are properly co-ordinated and will conduct independent progress reviews at key milestones and following completion of the project. |
